Advantages

            To have some experience publishing articles, we require our editorial board members and reviewers to be leaders in their fields. Reviewers are crucial to the peer-review process since their comments determine whether an article will be accepted or rejected. To improve the calibre of our publications, all members are urged to evaluate the papers that have been submitted to them without prejudice. There is no set formula for how to evaluate an article; it all depends on its value, calibre, and uniqueness. When checking the article, keep the following things in mind.

• Greater familiarity with ongoing research in your field.
• Credit for “service” within your department institution.
• Greater visibility within your research community.
• Taking on an editing position at a journal enables you to influence discussions in your field, highlight promising research and perhaps boost your own visibility.

Responsibilities

            For us to succeed, we need members of our editorial board and reviewers to be top experts in their fields with some experience in publishing articles. Reviewers play an important role in peer-review because their comments determine whether an article will be accepted or rejected. Our journals require all members to test out all articles without bias in order to increase their quality. Analyzing an article depends on worthiness, quality, and originality and there are no hard and fast rules. During the verification process, it is important to keep the following points in mind:

• An unbiased critique. An Editor should tell in a way that is, in a professional and unbiased manner, what works and what doesn’t.
• An Editor must be a professional, easy to read document.
• A chance for better reviews.
• A better chance of being traditionally published.
• The Editor will see that the journal follows customary ethical policies for scholarly.
• publishing.
• The Editor will seek opportunities to promote the journal.
• The Editor may write editorials for the journal.

Agreement

            Your appointment as a member of the editorial board or a reviewer for Research Point India Publication journals is confirmed by your acceptance of the terms and conditions listed below.

• Your initial appointment is for a period of two years.
  • You must carefully adhere to the Research Point India Publications ‘ general policies, code of ethics, and procedures, which are subject to alter on occasion depending on expansion plans for raising the standard of the journal system.
  • You give your consent for the KITS PRESS journal website to publish your name.

Termination

            You  need to finish the word exactly as indicated. The conditions listed below may cause this agreement to end at any time.

• Lack of mutual understanding of shared issues in accordance with Seventh Sense Research Group policies.
• repetitively performing the required work in a substandard manner.
